- Define and lead full-funnel growth strategy, aligning brand, acquisi on, and product
- Own annual 360° integrated marke ng strategy and campaign roadmap
- Identify market gaps, emerging trends, and white-space opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and growth experiments
- Develop and execute Mega & Macro KOL strategy to drive scale and brand trust Exposure → Click → Register → Apply → Approval → Revenue
- Drive decision-making through real-time dashboards and performance reporting

Kualifikasi
- 4–7+ years in Growth / Performance Marketing / Strategy roles
- Proven track record of delivering measurable user growth and cost efficiency (CAC / CPAP)
- Deep understanding of full-funnel growth and conversion optimization
- Strong data mindset: able to analyze, interpret, and act on data quickly
- Hands-on experience managing KOL campaigns (especially Mega & Macro tier)
- Result-oriented — accountable for business outcomes, not just plans
- Experience with attribution systems, dashboards, and growth analytics tools
