- Monitor and coordinate general cleaning & pest control activities across hubs and warehouses.
- Conduct regular site visits and random checks to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.
- Manage OB Mobile schedules, attendance, and service execution across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with pest control teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for operational needs.
- Compile field findings and maintain documentation, checklists, and reports through AppSheet and email.
- Follow up on operational issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Support vendor sourcing and coordination for additional facility needs when required.
Persyaratan
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- 1+ year of working experience, preferably in GA, Facility, Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience handling cleaning/OB manpower or vendors is a plus.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable doing field visits and working across multiple locations.
- Familiar with digital tools for data collection and reporting.
