Assist in researching and planning social media content in collaboration with the Social Media Team.
Craft engaging captions for social media posts.
Upload and schedule posts across all platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads in line with the agreed content calendar.
Actively monitor and respond to non-sales-related direct messages and comments across all social media platforms.
Respond warmly to DMs and comments (excluding sales-related ones), and actively take part in relevant conversations and threads across all social media accounts.
Research and identify potential speakers, guest creators, endorsers, and paid partners. Reach out via Instagram DM and keep a well-organized record of all contacts and progress in a spreadsheet.
Reach out to students who have provided testimonials for collaboration or advertising purposes.
Keep all content files neatly organized on Google Drive, double-check that everything is uploaded correctly, and flag any issues to the Social Media Specialist promptly.
Kualifikasi
Diploma III or Bachelor's degree in any major.
Preferably have at least 6 months of experience in Social Media, Content Creating, or a related field.
Familiar with social media platforms and tools (TikTok, X, Instagram, Threads, etc.).
Excellent and creative written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Interest or knowledge in foreign languages is a plus.
Has a compatible device that supports social media tasks.
