Collect, process, and analyze relevant data to support business decisions.

Present clear findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Develop accurate cost estimations for facility investments and improvements.

Prepare and manage Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) breakdowns for proposed options.

Prepare and manage Operational Expenditure (OPEX) projections for proposed options.

Update and maintain all facility-related data in a structured and accessible manner.

Recap and monitor capacity projection data across facility portfolio.

Track and report lease timelines for all relevant properties.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a plus.

Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in a facility design or related role.

Demonstrated experience in preparing facility proposals, cost estimations, or BOQ documents.

Prior exposure to quick commerce, startup, or multi-site retail environments is a plus.

Proficient and expert in SketchUp for 3D design and spatial visualization.

Proficient and expert in Microsoft Excel for cost modeling, data recap, and reporting.

Able to produce professional-quality BOQ (Bill of Quantities) documents.

Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting tools is an advantage.
