- Execute daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Support execution of daily accounting operations
- Prepare journal entries, FA related transactions, periodic reconciliations (including monthly reconciliation between GSM internal system vs SAP)
- Support month end closingSupport annual auditBasic tax knowledge related to FA
- Ensure accuracy of entries and proper documentationInput transactions into accounting software
- Report to Team Leader/Manager; collaborate cross functionally
- Assist with ad hoc admin and reporting tasks

Kualifikasi
- D3/S1 in Accounting 3 years in accounting, finance, revenue administration, or related roles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using SAP fixed asset module.
- Familiar with asset capitalization, depreciation, asset transfer, and disposal processes.
- Experienced with PSAK73/IFRS16.Detail focused, disciplined, eager to learn
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of fixed asset accounting processes, including capitalization, depreciation, asset transfer, retirement, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of fixed asset physical examination and inventory stock taking activities.
- Basic understanding of accounting standards and internal controls related to fixed assets.
