Rekosistem is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing account payable/account receivable, invoicing & payments
2. Doing data reconciliation, bank reconciliation, & journals
3. Managing petty cash & expense claims
4. Preparing monthly reporting (financial report)
5. Assisting document audit
6. Archiving finance & tax document

Tanggung jawab

As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing account payable/account receivable, invoicing & payments
2. Doing data reconciliation, bank reconciliation, & journals
3. Managing petty cash & expense claims
4. Preparing monthly reporting (financial report)
5. Assisting document audit
6. Archiving finance & tax document

Kualifikasi

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 1-3 years in financial or accounting operations
3. Proficient in AP/AR management, invoicing, payments, petty cash, and expense claims
4. Strong ability in data/bank reconciliation, journal entries, and preparing monthly financial reports
5. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
6. Capable of assisting with document audits and maintaining organized finance/ tax archives
7. High attention to detail, strong integrity, and excellent organizational skills
