- Support payment processing by preparing payment documents and ensuring contracts, invoices, and approvals are properly matched.
- Prepare payment instructions and initiate payments through the online banking system after approval, coordinating with reviewers to complete the payment process.
- Monitor payment status and follow up on returned or rejected payments.
- Prepare documents for bank account opening, modification, and closure, and handle required submissions at bank branches.
- Maintain daily bank balance records and organize bank statements, receipts, and other banking documents.
- Download bank statements and perform preliminary reconciliation with the cash journal, identifying and flagging discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team with month-end bank reconciliation and related working papers.

Kualifikasi
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with VLOOKUP and PivotTables is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling numbers and financial documents.
