- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform bank, account, and transaction reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain supporting documents for Finance, Accounting, and Tax transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, including invoices related to withholding tax (PPh).
- Prepare and manage Withholding Tax Certificates (Bukti Potong/Bupot) in accordance with applicable tax requirements.
- Perform tax administration and reporting activities through Coretax.
- Maintain accurate financial and tax records for multiple companies/entities.
- Conduct data checking and reconciliation between accounting records, invoices, bank statements, and supporting documents.
- Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing of financial and tax records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding Finance, Accounting, and Tax-related matters.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles.
- Experienced in handling multiple companies/entities and managing transactions across different accounts.
- Good understanding of transaction recording, account reconciliation, and financial administration.
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing, PPh administration, and Withholding Tax Certificates (Bupot).
- Familiar with Coretax and basic Indonesian tax administration.
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external parties.
