Objectives :


The internship program aims to provide students with practical exposure to enterprise business development within the payment software and banking industry. Interns will gain experience supporting business growth initiatives, market research, customer engagement preparation, proposal development, and communication activities while developing professional skills in a global B2B environment.

The program is designed for individuals who are curious, proactive, and interested in financial technology, enterprise sales processes, and professional business communication.


Responsibilities for Business Development and Market Research:


  • Conduct research on banks, fintech companies, and industry trends.
  • Identify and map organizational structures of target accounts.
  • Perform competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.
  • Monitor and summarize relevant industry news and developments.
  • Support business development and account hunting initiatives.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, record meeting minutes, and maintain action trackers.
  • Develop account summary dashboards and executive meeting notes.


Responsibilities for Marketing Communication and Sales Enablement :


  • Redesign and enhance company presentations and marketing materials.
  • Review and improve brochures for the Indonesian market.
  • Develop compelling storytelling for presentations and proposals.
  • Format proposals and sales documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and templates.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives through effective visual communication.

Kualifikasi

Job Requirements :


  • Currently persuing or recently completed from Business Development, Business Management, International Business, Marketing Communication, and Communication
  • Minimum GPA 3.25.
  • Able communicate in English.
  • Presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail and organization
