- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Develop process flows, diagrams, and architecture-related documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and target business or technology states.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in discussions and meetings with business and IT stakeholders.
- Support the mapping and analysis of business processes, applications, data, and technology landscapes.
- Assist in enterprise architecture initiatives and related project activities.

- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT & Business Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, methodologies, and frameworks (TOGAF certification or knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of business process analysis, system architecture, and IT governance principles.
- Experience in process documentation, flowcharting, and business/technical analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with architecture modeling or diagramming tools is an advantage.
