About the role:
The E-Commerce Associate at MOP Beauty serves as the operational and analytical backbone of the e-commerce team. This role bridges hands-on platform execution with performance monitoring, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while contributing to data-driven decisions that support business growth. This role will implement strategies across all platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Astro, and MOP Beauty's Website), taking increasing ownership of platform quality, campaign accuracy, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and oversee daily operations across all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Astro, Website), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all platform activities.
• Manage end-to-end product listing processes including uploads, content optimization (titles, descriptions, visuals, keywords), pricing, product tagging, and stock syncing to maintain platform accuracy and maximize visibility.
• Implement and execute promotional strategies and campaigns in alignment with the E-Commerce Executive's direction, ensuring all materials and configurations are launched correctly and on time.
• Monitor ongoing campaign and platform performance, flagging operational risks, delays, or anomalies to the E-Commerce Executive.
• Track daily inventory levels across all platforms and escalate stock risks or discrepancies to support accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with related teams/stakeholder in a supporting capacity to ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational and performance reports, including basic analysis of traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends, to support the E-Commerce Executive in evaluating store performance.
• Prepare quarterly plans and marketplace reports
• Stay updated with platform mechanics, policies, trends, and best practices across all marketplaces to ensure flawless and competitive execution.

Kualifikasi
Required Qualifications:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace administration, preferably in the beauty, personal care or FMCG industry.
• Proven hands-on experience with marketplace platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and/or Astro seller centers.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining collaborative and communicative with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read and interpret basic performance data; familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and project tracking tools for reporting and operational coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to platform changes and business needs.
