Key Responsibilities:

Manage fleet maintenance, availability, and readiness for operations.
Oversee driver schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and control the depot’s operational budget to maintain cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain high service quality.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in fleet, driver, or depot operations management.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in operational tools, fleet management systems, and budgeting.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
