Responsibilities
- Manage daily depot operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
- Oversee driver management, including attendance, discipline, grooming standards, and operational compliance.
- Monitor fleet utilization, availability, and readiness to support daily operational demand.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Track and analyze operational KPIs, including fleet productivity, driver performance, utilization rates, and service quality metrics.
- Identify operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle operational incidents, escalations, and driver-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Fleet, Maintenance, HR, Customer Service, and Business Operations.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to improve performance and scalability.

Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, ride-hailing, automotive, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing large operational teams, including drivers, field staff, or blue-collar workforce.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance processes, and operational performance management.
- Experience managing operational KPIs and driving process improvements.
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for operational reporting.
- Willing to work in the field and travel across Jabodetabek operational areas when required.
- Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, transportation, logistics, or fleet-based businesses will be a strong advantage.
