What You Will do

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize performance.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make strategic adjustments to improve results.
• Develop ad creatives—crafting compelling copy & visuals that convert.
• Work closely with the team to ensure campaigns align with client goals and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee ad budgets, ensuring smart allocation for the best possible returns.
• Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and ad strategies.
• Prepare reports and communicate key takeaways to clients in an engaging and clear manner.

What We’re Looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, branding, visual design, computer science or other equivalent degree.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Business Center.
• A strategic thinker who understands audience segmentation, ad copy, and bidding strategies.
• Strong data analysis skills—you know how to interpret campaign metrics and optimize for success.
• Experience in ad creative development—you can write compelling ad copy and concept engaging visuals (using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc if necessary).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work hybrid (WFO Monday-Friday, WFH Saturday) in West Jakarta.
