1. Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, marketplaces, and other digital platforms.
- Manage digital advertising budgets with strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion efficiency.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, sales conversion, remarketing, and customer retention.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve digital funnel effectiveness.
2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Optimization
- Manage and optimize official stores across major marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Improve product visibility, store conversion rate, customer trust, and platform ranking performance.
- Develop promotional campaigns, flash sales, campaign calendars, and marketplace growth strategies.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth online fulfillment.
3. Website & Landing Page Management
- Oversee company website performance, user experience, and conversion-focused landing pages.
- Ensure website supports branding, lead generation, B2B inquiries, and direct online sales.
- Collaborate with IT and design teams for website improvement, speed optimization, and system integration.
- Develop landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and lead capture optimization.
4. SEO & Organic Growth
- Build long-term SEO strategy for website ranking, organic traffic growth, and brand discoverability.
- Optimize product pages, content structure, keyword strategy, and technical SEO performance.
- Improve search visibility across search engines and marketplace platforms.
- Support content marketing strategies for sustainable inbound traffic generation.
5. Data & Analytics
- Establish digital dashboards for performance tracking across all online channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, sales conversion, and customer journey insights.
- Use CRM, analytics tools, and reporting systems for data-driven marketing decisions.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to Head of Commercial & Marketing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication from a reputable university.
- 7–10 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, website performance, and mobile app marketing.
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and digital analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, Power BI).
- Experience integrating CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
