As an Digital Marketing Ads, you will:

• Set up, execute, and manage daily ads campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, and optimize strategies to achieve targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports, including insights and recommendations, for the Digital Ads Manager.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets based on campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad visuals, copy, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to prepare relevant advertising assets.

Kualifikasi

• 2-3 years of experience in a ads and performance marketing, preferably in FMCG or the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge in developing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Shopee Ads, Google Ads.
• Experience with data processing tools, such as Looker Studio and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability in programmatic advertising and Marketplace Ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and retail performance.
• Strong analytical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to do WFO in Tebet, South Jakarta
