- Conducting field travel to scout and identify high-potential new locations that can drive strong business performance.
- Negotiating with property owners to secure optimal pricing, including terms for lease renewals.
- Inspecting and evaluating potential site locations through feasibility study
- Ensuring all required documentation for new store processing strictly complies with standard procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional divisions and third-party vendors to facilitate new store openings.
- Monitoring project progress and managing the associated budgets.
- Ensuring all stores strictly adhere to established company standards.
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with landlords to ensure smooth lease renewals.
- Monitoring product shipments and the setup process for new stores.
- Ensuring timely store openings in accordance with established standards.
- Proposing innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

Kualifikasi
- min. Bachelor Degree of any major
- min. 15 years experiences in store expansion in Retail Industry / Food & Beverage
- Having good networks with landlord or property agency
- Good communication and team work
- Familiar with market analyst, feasibility study and reporting
