Analyze insurance data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Support business users with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives.

Automate reporting processes where possible.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.

Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with claims, underwriting, or policy data.

Knowledge of insurance business processes and KPIs.

Experience in report automation and data visualization.
