Kualifikasi
Minimum education: D3 (three-year diploma/associate degree)
1–2 years of experience as Customer Service, Call Center, or Sales Support
Communicative, friendly, and patient
Familiar with CS tools (WhatsApp Business API, CRM, ticketing systems, Google Workspace)
Bonus points: understanding of sharia/Islamic finance or philanthropic products, or prior experience in the Insurance industry
