What you will do :

• Coordinate with the team for photo schedules.
• Ensure all products and props are prepared for photo sessions and livestreaming needs, including preparing products by ironing them to perfection for photography and elegant folding.
• Assist the photographer during shoots.
• Manage the studio, including keeping track of props, photoshoot gear, and maintaining studio neatness.
• Quickly acquire knowledge of Howel and Co products.
• Create forms for team payments and purchases.
• Prepare and submit reports.

You will be successful in this role if you accomplish these goals:

• Deliver forms, reports, and studio management tasks with minimal mistakes
• All products and properties are organized and available before and after use
• Clear and effective communication
• Quick to learn Howel and Co products
• Make very few mistakes in organizing supporting materials and properties for creative production
• To earn the trust of the Creative Director and Content Supervisor and achieve career growth within nine months

About the role:

At Howel and Co, the Creative Studio Assistant is central to our creative process. This role is essential in supporting the team to transform ideas into compelling visuals. As a Creative Studio Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of photoshoots and live streaming sessions.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating forms for team payments and purchases, as well as preparing and submitting detailed reports.

As a key member of the Creative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the studio remains organized and tidy. This includes managing properties and photoshoot gear, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for use.

You will coordinate with the team for photoshoot sessions, ensuring that products and props are meticulously prepared. During the shoots, you'll work directly with the photographer to provide support and ensure a smooth process. You will also quickly learn about Howel and Co products to assist in various tasks, contributing to an effective and efficient team workflow.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have a passion for both administrative tasks and creative endeavors. A keen eye for organization and detail, combined with a flair for creative thinking, will be key to thriving in this position.
