Support management with operational tasks and monitoring office administration.
Facilitate clear communication between management and internal teams to support efficient business operations.
Coordinate and communicate with employees regarding company matters, schedules, meetings, and internal processes.
Review company legal documents and business-related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and record meeting minutes.
Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, partners, government offices, and service providers when needed.
Monitor and follow up on approvals, signatures, and document submissions.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in Secretary, Management, Law, or related degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Secretary, Personal Assistant, or related role
Strong administration, organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail is a must
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and can-do attitude.
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company matters with professionalism and discretion.
