- Develop and manage content strategy and copywriting guidelines for daily social media.
- Plan and executae marketing campaigns, store activations, and brand events.
- Create and oversee engaging visual and video content for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Generate creative content ideas to support sales and brand growth.
- Support research and development for editorial and campaign content concepts.
- Plan and execute product or collection launch strategies across digital channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing standards.
- Monitor and evaluate content performance based on KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Production, KOL) to execute strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing (preferably in the fashion/retail industry)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to develop content strategies aligned with brand identity
- Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches and brand activations
- Strong understanding of social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and the ability to create engaging and relevant content
- Ability to manage and oversee the production of visual and video content
- Good understanding of content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and ability to evaluate based on KPIs
- Creative, innovative, and able to generate content ideas that support sales and brand growth
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Production, KOL)
- Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
