• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or event management • Proven experience handling social events, weddings, private events, corporate events, and other event-related business • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, event organizers, vendors, and business partners • Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and revenue goals • Good knowledge of the Jakarta hospitality, dining, and social events market • Strong networking skills and an established client or event industry network is an advantage • Able to manage multiple properties and coordinate sales activities across locations • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or sales management systems • Fluent in English, both spoken and written • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required • Professional appearance, proactive attitude, and strong customer-service orientation
