Civil & MEP Supervisor

CMEP Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop project-specific CMEP execution plans and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate with design and project management teams to ensure CMEP scope alignment.
• Supervise and monitor CMEP installation activities on-site.
• Create and manage the standard scope and specifications for CMEP service selling scope and products.

Technical Coordination & Problem Solving:

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and vendors on technical matters.

Team Leadership & Resource Management:

• Manage CMEP Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring proper manpower allocation for projects.
• Develop team capabilities through training and technical coaching.
• Create and manage strategic resources for execution, including manpower, tools, and subcontractor networks.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project standards.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Ensure CMEP works comply with regulatory standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Manage handover processes and documentation for CMEP scopes.

Material & Vendor Coordination:

• Coordinate procurement and delivery schedules of CMEP materials.
• Verify material quality and certifications as per project specifications.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Reporting & Progress Monitoring:

• Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
• Track project milestones, material consumption, and manpower utilization.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in CMEP project management or supervision.

Experience in interior projects and fit-out construction is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Proficiency in technical drawings, specifications, and standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with project management tools and reporting methods.

Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
