Soothe Operator is an early stage consumer health OTC brand bringing trusted, formulated products to Indonesian consumers.

Our first products are currently undergoing regulatory approval. We're hiring ahead of launch because we believe great e-commerce teams are built before the first sale, not after. You'll play a key role in building the growth engine, operating systems, and marketplace expertise that will scale the business once products go live.

This role is for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your strengths, experiment with new approaches, and own initiatives that drive real business impact, while gaining exposure to Business Development and helping shape what comes next.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Launch Ownership: Help define how the business goes to market. Design e-commerce (Shopee/TikTok Shop/other platform) launch strategy, allocate budgets, establish growth targets, and build the systems needed to scale from day one
• Platform Ownership: End-to-end operations for platforms, listings, ads, vouchers, flash sales, live streaming, affiliates
• Performance Marketing: Run ads, and CPAS / Meta ads. Own the budget, optimize ROAS, drive sales
• Growth: Hit monthly GMV targets. Build the playbook to scale from launch to category leader
• Team Building: Hire and develop the in-house performance team as we grow, start as individual contributor, grow into lead
• Platform Relationships: Build direct relationships with platform to unlock programs, features, and visibility
• Business Development: Assist in market research for new products, assist in creating marketing / presentation materials for various stakeholders

Kualifikasi

• Experience: min. 3 years of experience managing Shopee and/or TikTok Shop for a D2C brand, e-commerce brand, marketplace-focused business, or e-commerce enabler.
• Skills: Fluent in Business Insights dashboards, CTR/CVR/ROAS diagnostics, voucher and campaign mechanics, content briefing
• Mindset: Hungry to own & self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. Enjoys testing new ideas, solving problems, and building processes from scratch. Able to operate independently and make decisions with limited structure or guidance
• Network: Existing relationships with platform teams are a strong plus
• Languages: Indonesian native, English working proficiency
