Centralized Product Development Officer

• Develop new food products from formulation, prototyping, and product validation.
• Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.
• Translate kitchen recipes into scalable manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, QA/QC, and Commercial teams during product development and launch.
• Improve existing products through reformulation, cost optimization, and quality enhancement.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including formulations, specifications, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Source and evaluate new ingredients and packaging materials.
• Support production trials and first commercial production to ensure successful product launch.

Kualifikasi

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Research & Development, Product Development, or New Product Development within the food and beverage industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply

Qualifications

• Understanding of food formulation and food processing principles.
• Experience in Central Kitchen, QSR, cloud kitchen, or food manufacturing.
• Familiar with product development processes from concept to commercialization.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and food regulations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to work in both laboratory and production environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
