Kualifikasi
What We Need From You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth advisory (Agency or digital services background strongly preferred)
- Strong discovery and problem-diagnosis skills with decision-makers
- Ability to prospect, connect, and engage strategic opportunities effectively
- Solid understanding of digital growth solutions (SEO, Ads, performance marketing)
- Ability to design and present custom solutions, not fixed packages
- Confident handling objections and closing value-aligned deals
- High discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, and follow-ups
- Existing professional network is a plus
- Collaborative, coachable, and integrity-driven mindset
