WE’RE HIRING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development professional who has strong experience in the beauty & wellness industry and understands how to grow partnerships through distribution channels such as beauty clinics, salons, and spas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage relationships with prospective clients and business partners
- Lead contract negotiations and handle pricing discussions, promotions, and commercial deals
- Present company products/services to potential clients and drive new business opportunities
- Coordinate sales activities alongside marketing initiatives
- Prepare sales agreements, manage payment collection (deposit & balance), and ensure smooth order processing
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries related to products, pricing, availability, and payment terms
- Monitor market opportunities and promote company programs effectively
- Supervise and guide the team to achieve company sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the beauty wellness industry
- Experience handling distribution channels to beauty clinics, salons, and spas is mandatory
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and delivering client solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good English communication (written & spoken)
- Must own a personal vehicle
- Comfortable with frequent business travel (within and outside city)
- Willing to work full WFO in Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta
