Job Roles: Business Development (BD) & Partnership freelance will work directly under the BD & Partnership Manager in helping the management to drive the BD strategies to searching and maintain Merchant MyValue and activities necessary for growing market share and market awareness. The role of the BD & partnership freelance will spend many activities from collaborating with internal and external partners, analyzing BD strategies, being involved in all aspects of business development, market research, reporting, documentation, customer services, handling and maintaining the client and marketing strategies while meeting with new and existing customers.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key partners stakeholders at various levels.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, fostering open and consistent communication.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and evolving needs.
• Anticipate partners needs and proactively offer solutions and insights.
• Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and business reviews to ensure partners satisfaction and alignment.
• Manage partners expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the resolution process.
• Participate in internal meetings to provide partners perspectives and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Develop and implement account management plans to maximize partner retention and growth

Kualifikasi

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Have good time management
• Have good negotiation and acquisition skills
• Have good business presentation skills
• Can work individually or collaborate with a team
• Can work with target-oriented
