Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for IT Outsourcing services.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable outsourcing solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and HR teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.

Kualifikasi
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
Proven experience selling outsourcing services, staffing solutions, manpower services, recruitment services, or IT services.
Strong network with corporate clients across various industries is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of outsourcing business models and workforce solutions.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
