Primary responsibilities to identify business opportunities and lead generation through cold calling, research and networking.
Able to work on own initiative and be part of a team working towards sales objectives.
Building and maintaining client relationships, keeping up to date with market activities and industry trends.
Eager to learn and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending summits, reviewing trade publishions, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Kualifikasi
Minimum Diploma and above.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Able to multi task proficient in Microsoft, internet and CRM reporting.
Must possess excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deal
Experience in Architecture / Interior Design preferred.
