Sales Executive (Business Development)

About Us
Gositus is an IT Solution & Digital Transformation company specializing in Software Development, IT Consulting, and Business Solutions. We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive to help expand our business network and acquire new clients.
β Generate and identify potential clients (lead generation)
β Conduct canvassing and hunting for new business opportunities
β Present and offer company products and services to prospective clients
β Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
β Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate until closing deals
β Follow up on prospects and ongoing business opportunities
β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
β Achieve individual sales targets
Kualifikasi
β Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Executive, Business Development, or similar role
β Experienced in canvassing, hunting new clients, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
β Background in IT Consultant, System Integrator, Software House, or service-based companies is highly preferred
β Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
β Target-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team
β Humble, proactive, persuasive, and relationship-oriented personality
β Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred
