1. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners while identifying new business opportunities to achieve mutual objectives.

2. Improve the quality of paid subscribers through effective marketing campaigns with partners.

3. Manage legal and financial documentation to support partnership activities.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs.

5. Support the Business Development Team Lead in analyzing transaction data and optimizing business strategies.

Kualifikasi

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.

2. 1-2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or a related commercial role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Strong communication and presentation skills.

4. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

6. Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

7. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)

8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a plus.
