Deskripsi pekerjaan
- Support the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in managing and monitoring General Trade (GT) sales performance.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sell-in, sell-out, stock, and achievement reports.
- Monitor sell-out performance, distribution, active outlets, and sales force productivity.
- Identify sales performance gaps and support the RSM in developing action plans to improve sell-out.
- Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure sales programs and promotions are properly executed.
- Monitor product availability, stock movement, and in-store execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reviews, and presentations for management.
- Follow up on sales action plans and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Tanggung jawab

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Sales Support.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Retail is preferred.
- Strong understanding of GT, sell-out, distributor management, and sales performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with sales data.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willing to conduct field visits when required.
