Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure alignment.
Facilitate meetings and discussions between business and technical teams.
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor Degree from Top University.
Min. 4 years of experience as an BA in banking area
Understanding of SDLC as BA
Understand to read programming
Ability to create BRD, FSD, and workflow diagrams.
English fluently
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
