Supports design workshops, creation of presentations and business process diagrams to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community.

Collaborates with the stakeholder, customers, users, and technical resources to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the business requirements and customer needs.

Acts as a liaison between the IT project team and the business user; facilitate team interaction as well as foster IT-business relationships

Conducts business process analysis, requirements gathering, and decomposition of user stories

Creates detailed business requirements and/or user stories, functional specification, and acceptance criteria

Analyzes and documents the current state business processes to ensure that the project stakeholders understand the context and implications of change.

Kualifikasi

Education: Minimum S1/D4 all major background (preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology)

Skills:

• Ability to work in large and diverse team.
• Ability to be self-motivated and takes accountability and ownership of one’s work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong commitment and integrity.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in projects utilizing Agile methodology is required.
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC) is required.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of IT experience working as a Business Analyst across multiple projects
