- General understanding of what an ERP system does.
- Familiarity with the purpose of modules like Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Can analyze simple business workflows and suggest basic improvements.
- Curious and eager to dig into how things work in a business.
- Able to write meeting notes, summaries, and requirement documents.
- Willing to learn functional aspects ERP concepts.
- Willing to travel to project site all over Indonesia to conduct training and audit the implementation of ERP
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
- Have 7-year related experience
- Have experience in e-commerce, Product Digital
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows
- Ability to analyze logs, data, and system behavior
- Have strong attention to detail and work well under pressure.
- Have a good understanding of the Java programming language, including its syntax, data types, control structures, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts is a plus.
- Good knowledge of HTML and Bootstrap is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Javascript, Ajax and JSON is a plus
- Good knowledge in designing and building micro services and REST API is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
