Formulate and implement marketing strategy execution plans and activities (promotions, advertising, campaigns, etc.) to enhance product awareness among target customers/markets.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on customer, market, and competitor profiles for each product or SKU to tailor product-centric campaigns to the target audience.
Develop product-focused marketing initiatives based on research findings and business/brand priorities to boost product sales and elevate product profiles.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand, product, and campaign priorities for consistent brand and product representation across all channels.
Foster positive relationships and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to drive towards business objectives.
Monitor and assess the implementation of marketing programs and activities against predefined plans and objectives.
Implement enhancements based on evaluation outcomes to achieve operational excellence.

Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, General Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in the beauty and retail industry
