Develop and execute annual brand strategy and marketing calendar, aligned with company business targets
Initiate innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for brand activations, campaigns, and content to drive brand awareness and engagement
Manage brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels (online & offline)
Plan and oversee new product launch campaigns, including timeline, budget, and cross-functional coordination (sales, creative, digital, RnD)
Actively monitor emerging trends in fitness, sports nutrition, and social media to uncover brand opportunities not yet explored by competitors
Propose creative collaboration/partnership ideas (KOLs, fitness communities, events, etc.) relevant to the target market
Monitor brand performance through market research, competitor analysis, and brand health tracking
Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI efficiency across campaigns
Collaborate with the KOL/Affiliate, Digital Marketing, and Content teams for consistent campaign execution
Work with RnD and Legal teams to ensure product claims comply with BPOM regulations
Prepare periodic brand performance reports for management/BOD

Kualifikasi
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing, preferably from FMCG, sports nutrition, supplement, or consumer health industries
High creativity with a strong habit of out-of-the-box thinking in developing brand ideas and campaigns
Strong curiosity about emerging trends (consumer, social media, fitness) and the ability to turn them into actionable ideas
Track record of self-initiated ideas/campaigns (not just executing briefs) — a portfolio to showcase is a plus
Confident in proposing new approaches, even when they differ from conventional methods
Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the fitness & health industry
Familiar with BPOM regulations related to supplement product claims
Experience managing 360° campaigns (digital, offline, KOL/affiliate)
Strong analytical and market research skills
Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
Passion for fitness/gym culture is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or other marketing tools
