PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Brand Manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree of Management/Marketing/Statistic
2. Having 2 year of working experience as Brand Manager in FMCG company
3. Strong understanding of 360° Marketing Strategy and 4P 
4. Intermediate skill in English both oral and written
5. Excellent in Microsoft Office (especially Ms Excel dan Ms Powerpoint)
6. Good communication and interpersonal skill
7. Willing to be placed in West Jakarta

Kualifikasi

Responsibilities:

1. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
2. Responsible for brand profitability, including close monitoring sales performance
3. Managing product innovation roll out to enter the market, including stock transition monitoring, sales projection and strategy
4. Optimizing brand awareness and visibility by working partnerships with the agencies
5. Develop strategy and road map to sustainable marketing tool using digital media
6. Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
7. Manage the marketing budget for the brand including planning, implementation and monitoring costs
