- Develop and execute brand strategies that directly support annual sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead product development, packaging, and innovation to meet market needs and consumer preferences.
- Analyze sales data (sell-in, sell-out), market share, and campaign performance to optimize brand strategy and ROI.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Manage the marketing budget and evaluate effectiveness of brand and trade activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as creative agencies, media, and research firms.
- Track brand performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide recommendations to achieve business objectives.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG with proven exposure to B2B channels or trade marketing
- Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics, including distributor networks, GT, MT, and Horeca operations.
- Experience working with sales data, distribution metrics (coverage, velocity, shelf availability), and market insights.
- Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions and present findings clearly.
- Creative, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, R&D).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – confident in engaging internal stakeholders and external business partners.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Willing to travel for business trips (domestic or out-of-town)
