A branch manager in an Shinhan Bank responsible to leads all business growth, daily operations, risk controls, and customer service. Then ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia and OJK rules

• Drive branch performance across third-party funding (CASA/deposits), credit/financing portfolios, and wealth or SME products to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure daily branch operations, customer service standards, and cash/admin workflows run smoothly and securely.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks set by Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
• Build high-level networks with local clients, corporate partners, and regional stakeholders to expand market share.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of total banking experience, with at least 2 to 5 years in a managerial role such as a Branch Manager or Sub-Branch Manage.
• Strong proficiency in both funding and lending, financial statement analysis, and branch operations.
• Risk management certification (such as LSPP / Sertifikasi Manajemen Risiko Level 1–5).
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, problem solving.
