Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field

• 2–3 years of experience leading a team or branch operations

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role

• Experience in the education, tutoring, or EdTech industry is preferred

• Proven track record of achieving new student enrollment targets

• Experience in branch budget management and operational management

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse, dynamic team.
