Conduct technical analysis of application bugs, error logs, and abnormal system behavior.
Perform troubleshooting activities based on root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Escalate issues related to coding errors or internal system problems that cannot be resolved internally to the Development Team or external vendors.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical reports to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor application logs, including server logs, middleware logs, and error logs, to ensure system stability and performance.
Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform pre-deployment and post-deployment system checks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage application dependencies and ensure smooth system integration.
Create, maintain, and update technical documentation such as troubleshooting guides, system configurations, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with information security standards and internal IT policies.

Kualifikasi
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application support processes.
Knowledge of operating systems, servers, and database management.
Experience with application monitoring tools and log analysis.
Familiarity with ticketing systems for incident and issue management.
Ability to troubleshoot application-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
Good understanding of system integration and application dependencies.
Strong documentation and reporting skills for technical issues and system activities.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, developers, and external vendors.
Understanding of information security standards and IT governance policies.
