- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) applications and AI-powered features.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data for model training and analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to understand business requirements.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve AI model performance in production.
- Implement APIs and backend services for AI applications.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI systems for scalability and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Passion for learning emerging AI technologies and adapting to new tools.
