As an Affiliate Lead in Facetology you will have the responsibility for managing and expanding the affiliate marketing program to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.
Role Overview:
- Lead the affiliate marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the brand's overall goals.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, revenue), generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the beauty industry or FMCG.
- Strong background in affiliate, influencer, or content creator partnerships.
- Expertise in developing long-term strategies for affiliate marketing and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to analyze affiliate data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
