Jobdesc :

Process incoming orders (check orders, input data, coordinate with warehouse/packing team) through Accurate systems
Update order status & input tracking numbers
Monitor stock and coordinate with the warehouse team
Handle customer complaints effectively in collaboration with the team
Prepare daily reports (order & sales)

Requirement :

Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
Able to operate Excel/Google Sheets & Accurate
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
