🚀 What You’ll Do:

1. Lead monthly and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
2. Review and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to maintain the accuracy of financial records.
3. Ensure accounting transactions and journal entries comply with Company Policies and PSAK.
4. Prepare financial reports, analyze key account movements, and recommend improvement action plans.
5. Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit processes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

Kualifikasi

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
3. Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, PSAK, and Financial Reporting.
4. Experience in Cost Accounting/Costing is required.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
7. SAP experience will be an advantage.
