Deskripsi pekerjaan
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and ensure all entries are properly documented.
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash reporting.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with tax administration, tax documentation, and the preparation of supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing of accounting, financial, and tax documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment processes, financial data, and required supporting documents.
- Ensure accounting and tax documents are completed accurately and submitted according to the required deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting and Taxation is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reports, and tax administration.
- Familiar with Indonesian taxation, including PPh, PPN, tax invoices, withholding tax, and tax reporting.
- Able to prepare, verify, and maintain supporting documents for tax calculations and submissions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting or taxation software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and document organization.
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
