Manage full sets of accounts including preparing accounting schedules,

Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Prepare yearly Budget, quarterly forecast, cashflow projection reports, etc.

Ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filed correctly and on time

Work with auditors and assist in financial audits.

Liaise with tax agents to manage corporate tax matters and tax compliance.

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.

Support the implementation of accounting systems and process improvements.

Lead and coordinate team members to ensure the timely preparation of financial statements, tax calculations, reports, and other deliverables for clients.

Review and validate the work done by team members to maintain accuracy and high- quality outputs

Deliver impactful presentations to management and clients, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director, contributing to the firm's growth and excellence

Kualifikasi

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy and Finance.

Minimum 8 years of experience in accountancy.

Fluent in English a must, Chinese is optional.

Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is an advantage

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both written and spoken)

Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.

Preferable with start up work experience and a solo player.
